Moscow Five have secured the top spot at the 'Russian' event that was held in Ukraine, this is their first big win, and it also was the first time we got to see Moscow Five doing a true eco round.
The first map was train, a map that is known beeing CT sided, however starting as terrorist, Moscow5, had no problems in securing the lead at half time, finishing [8-7]. Switching the teams, fnatic managed to put some rounds on the board, with the rounds going back and foward untill M5 stepped into high gear, securing the last two rounds they needed to win the map [16-12].
Second map was forge, here the russian power house continued the form they showed on train, and manage to win at half time [10-5], everything looked good for Moscow5, but fnatic had other plans, managing to take the game in the last round, but in the end came up short, and losed the second map aswell with the [16-14] scoreline.
The third place decider, saw DTS taking on their countrymen from
NaVi, the second best team in Ukraine managed to disspose of the UA giants with the [2-1] scoreline, and snatched the $2,500 cheque.
