Today we interview the best Starcraft 2 player in United Arab Emirates  Feroz ‘GunmaN’ Riaz, who is also known for putting loads of efforts for developing Starcraft-community in entire Middle East.



Hello! Please introduce yourself to our visitors.

Hi. My name is Feroz Riaz, ang I go by the nick name QDom.GunmaN. I am 24 years old and I am a competitive Starcraft-2 player playing for Queclub’s, team  Dominium. I use the Zerg race and I have so far won all the Starcraft-2 tournaments that have been held in U.A.E. :)

Could you tell us how you came to esports?

Yeah sure, I used to play Counter-Strike with friends back in beta 7.xx days. There were no teams back then, and I remember we used to play with MS ball mice. I started playing seriously after being motivated by “The One and Only”  Heatons’ frag video. I could never truly shine because the scene was neither mature in terms of competitiveness nor did I enjoy the team aspect. Later on I moved to 1 vs. 1 games like Warcraft 3, Quake, Broodwar and finally ended here.
