UPDATE #3: There is no sensation. In the grand final of EMS Winter 2012  NiP easily won over the  JAS [2:0].

UPDATE #2:  NiP will play in the final against  JAS (former Imaginary)

UPDATE: In the semifinals,  Imaginary will play against  3DMAX, while former  eXtensive will try to make a sensation against  NiP. Check updated bracket for the details.

The  ESL Major Series Winter 2012 is now in the playoffs, with the last 8 teams duke it out for the first prize of €2,500.

The teams that made it through are:  NiP,  Wizzards,  Imaginary,  3DMAX,  n!faculty,  k1ck,  eXtensive,  gamed!de. The remaining teams will duke it out in a single elimination bracket to determine the winner.

Already the Danish team of 3DMAX secured a slot for the Ro4, with the other Ro8 games being played until the 8'th of January
